What profile are we looking for?
We are looking for a driven Business Support Manager who gets energy from variety and a dynamic work environment.
Do you recognize yourself in the profile below:
- You have at least a bachelor's degree or have relevant experience that compensates for this.
- You're a true administrative all-rounder: Microsoft Office holds no secrets for you, and you use current ERP packages with ease. You're eager to learn and feel completely at home in a dynamic work environment.
- Customer friendliness is your top priority.
- You're always on top of things and can easily multitask and prioritize when necessary. You're also stress-resistant enough to manage our rapidly growing organization.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and English. In the written versions, the corrective note on the latest technologies is of course not prohibited.
- You're the linchpin of our daily operations and communicate effectively with your colleagues. The term "team player" doesn't ring a bell with us.
- Hands-on, critical, and proactive: you actively contribute to how we can take our organization to the next level.
- You are a foodie, you love good and tasty food and the healthy aspect is at the forefront of your eating habits.
What will your duties be?
- You are the daily point of contact for our customers and you closely monitor their orders from start to finish.
- You organize and monitor the daily, weekly and monthly planning and ensure an efficient workflow in the picking process.
- You answer customer telephone inquiries promptly and follow up carefully.
- You are responsible for the logistical planning of internal and external drivers and ensure smooth execution of deliveries and picking.
- You manage returns and complaints professionally, so that our customers always experience smooth and correct service.
- You provide support with invoicing and answer customer questions about delivered orders.
- You actively contribute to the development of new processes or trajectories that fit our growth and your expertise

Every day, deliveries and parcels depart from JusRé in Beernem to our customers. These are often retailers, such as bakers, butchers, and fruit and vegetable shops, but we also have a second channel, the wholesaler, where we work with pallets. The third segment consists of our direct customers, meaning parcels that require extra care.
We are looking for someone to strengthen our team for this diversity of activities.
Are you someone who works neatly, is able to self-reflect and question themselves, and enjoys working in a small team where every day is a little different? Then you're our person!
The position is for a minimum of three days , but can also be full-time .
Our goods are packed in crates that weigh a maximum of 12 kg and are easy to lift. Smaller drops are packed in cardboard boxes. You'll always receive a lifting jack for easy unloading.

Your tasks:
- Order picking at pallet level, B2B and B2C
- Checking the total package when completing the orders
- Loading the truck with a stacker (assistance from colleagues guaranteed)
- Driving smoothly with the car
- Evaluate route
- Organizing stops
Your profile:
- You are eager to learn and motivated.
- You are flexible.
- As a team player you are extra welcome.
- Please take into account working hours between 8am and 5pm.
- You can ground yourself in a strong hands-on mentality.
- Sufficient knowledge of Dutch to communicate with colleagues, every additional language is a plus.
- You think actively and efficiently.
- The starting point of the route is always in Beernem, so you can easily travel to our warehouse.
Sometimes there is a need for flexible employees or students due to team leave periods, sampling, additional event deliveries, temporary larger assignments, etc.
