By personal data, we mean any information about an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes data you have provided to us, data we assign to you for the use of our products and/or services, and data we obtain through the use of our products and/or services.

This concerns data to identify you (name, address, account number, etc.), to contact you (address, telephone or mobile number, e-mail, user name, identification data about the devices you use, etc.) and to be able to provide you with the correct service (which products or services you use, preferences and interests, activity, feedback, etc.).

Processing purposes

Personal data is processed for various purposes. However, we ensure that we only collect and process data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

We use your personal data as follows:

To comply with our legal obligations;

If we have received your permission to do so. You are, of course, free to do so at any time. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you can contact us through the usual channels;

For the performance of an agreement and/or to assess whether a contract or service can be concluded;

If we have a legitimate interest in doing so (processing for research purposes, dispute management and legal risks, complaint management and after-sales service, exercising and safeguarding our rights, etc.). In doing so, we ensure that the balance between these legitimate interests and the impact on your privacy is not disrupted.

Legal grounds for processing

JusRé takes the necessary technical and organizational measures internally to protect your personal data, both in our offices and/or via our website. For example, we have implemented appropriate firewalls to protect external access and enforce a strict password policy. We ensure that our employees and processors only have access to the data they need to perform their duties and that they handle that data securely and confidentially.

If you're a customer of ours, we also store your contact and billing information. This information is necessary for a smooth collaboration.

Transfer to third parties

Only JusRé uses your data. We do NOT share your data with third parties.

Retention period

Personal data may, of course, not be retained longer than necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. The retention period may therefore vary depending on the purpose.
