Selecting the ingredients happens with the utmost care: top quality fruits, vegetables and herbs. Filled to the brim with nutrients.

WASHING THE INGREDIENTS

When we talk about ingredients, we talk about the entire content of a JusRé drink. We only use the fruits, vegetables and respective herbs, without adding anything else. That’s our promise. All ingredients are carefully washed at the start of the process. We use both the peel and the flesh to produce a juice that is as healthy as possible.

COLD PRESSING

Cold pressing is the process where vegetables and fruit are ‘squeezed’ in between two panels. Cold pressing currently is the best possible juice pressing process, guaranteeing the highest quality.

Cold pressing is a cold and slow process. These characteristics ensure superior juice quality. The low temperature is extremely important to preserve the nutrients. Since there is no rotation involved, the ingredients are not exposed to resistance, hence no heat is generated. This means all nutrients are preserved as much as possible. Oxidation is limited, so the quality of the juice will not deteriorate.

BOTTLING

All juices are blended in accordance to the recipe and the bottle is sealed.

HIGH PRESSURE PROCESSING

The Ré in JusRé partly relates to the revolutionary process we apply: HPP. In this step also, any form of heat is avoided. By raising the pressure up to 6,000 bar, all structures and hence nutrients remain intact. This method guarantees a shelf life up to 25 days without any loss of nutrients or change in taste.
